Whew, lots of planetary aspects happening!  Take advantage of the good ones and pay attention to the challenging ones. 

Great for stimulating your intellect and having adventures August 16 through August 22, 2012.

With Mercury, the planet of thought, communication and travel, trining (is about 120 degrees from) exciting and interesting Uranus, this is a great time to stimulate your intellect, express unusual ideas and communicate with ease.  Have new and unexpected adventures and go places you’ve never been before. 

Not a good time to make any major decisions August 16 through August 31, 2012. 

            Nebulous Neptune opposes (is about 180 degrees from) the Sun, indicating confusion and not having all the facts.  Deception, including self-deception, is possible. 

        Great for artistic, musical and creative pursuits August 16 through September 4, 2012.

        Mars trining (is about 120 degrees from) Neptune indicates this is a wonderful time for starting or enjoying anything artistic, musical or creative, either participating yourself or watching others. 

        Listen to your intuition August 16 through November 28, 2012.

        Saturn trining (is about 120 degrees from) Neptune makes this a great time for having your intuition and psychic abilities be useful for you.  Pay attention to what your instincts are telling you. 

Unexpected drama, intensity and power struggles likely in relationships August 16 through August 22, 2012.

A potent T-square with Uranus squaring Venus on one side and Pluto on the other, while at the same time Venus is opposite Pluto brings intense, unexpected energy into relationships.  It can also bring up unresolved issues from the past into the present to be healed.  Some relationships could end under the stress.  Do what you can to not add fuel to the fire.  Direct your energies into demanding pursuits instead of trying to fix demanding persons.

Both Venus and Pluto have to do with money and possessions.  Many feel stress connected with money issues, especially money issues that have not been dealt with for a long time.  This is not a good time to add to your credit card debt if you can help it.  

        Great time to eliminate what is not for your highest good and be passionate about changing your life August 23 through September 5, 2012.

        The Sun trining (is about 120 degrees from) Pluto during this time, making it terrific to get rid of what no longer serves you and throw yourself into creating the life you want.  You have lots of energy and persistence to reach your goals. 

        Guard against negative thinking August 28 through September 8, 2012.

        With pessimistic Saturn squaring (is about 90 degrees from) Venus during this time, we need to watch what we are thinking and telling ourselves and others.  Don’t give in to seeing situations in a more negative light than necessary or having poverty consciousness. 

       

        Watch out for deception August 29 through September 4, 2012. 

        Neptune opposing Mercury means that we need to be careful we are not deceived by others or by ourselves, that we are understood and understand others and that we are careful while traveling. 

           

Foot on gas pedal, foot on brake pedal August 1 through August 28, 2012.

With Mars, the planet of energy and drive, and Saturn, the planet of delay, close to each other in the sky during these days, it can be frustrating.  You want to accomplish things but it feels that something is holding you back and preventing you from getting things done.  If you persist and work hard daily, you can slowly reach your goals.  This planetary aspect can help you be disciplined and focused.  This is a time to focus on one task at a time and not try to multi-task or take on more work if you can avoid it. 

        Major transformations February 27, 2012 through June 13, 2015.

Uranus and Pluto are so far from the Sun that they take a long time to go around the Sun and through the signs of the zodiac.  When they form angles with other outer planets, those aspects are in effect for a long time.  Uranus squares Pluto (is about 90 degrees from) for more than three years, forming an underlying background for the other planetary aspects. 

We will not notice their effect every day of this period, but we will notice major changes that can be attributable to these planets.  Uranus brings the unpredictable, the unusual and the eccentric.  It is a very freedom-loving planet and it can be rebellious and strong-willed.  Pluto is explosive, powerful and eliminates what is no longer needed.   Uranus is in Aries, a strong and independent sign, and Pluto is in Capricorn, which rules structures, laws and governments.  During this three-year period, we will see upheavals, struggles, revolutions, rebellions, unusual weather patterns and abrupt earth changes—volcanoes and earthquakes.

Many people have been telling me that they have been using the times that the Moon is in Scorpio to get rid of clutter and it helps.  The Moon is in Scorpio during these two days, and that means it is a good time to get rid of what no longer serves you, from those old coupons in your junk drawer to anyone whose negativity dampens your spirits.
